Terms Of Service

By signing up for the Twisted Legacy Message Boards, you agree that you will not use this service to perform the following actions:

• Disruptive Posting - Posts that disrupt the message boards for other users, intentional or not, are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited, to:
• Large blank or content-free posts
• 'Bumping' multiple older topics (posting in them well after the last post)
• Posting multiple hard-to-read or nonsensical messages in a single or multiple topics

• Offensive Posting
Different people find different things offensive, but close to anything goes. If you're disgusted by it, don't post it. Pornography is fine on the porn board, but posting it on other boards will probably get it moved. Racism is not allowed in any shape or form, and will be moderated. It's really up to the actioning moderator on this rule.

• Excessive Flaming
Flames are allowed, but just some random flaming out of the blue is not allowed. The occasional flame war is fine, but bringing it too far, with random insults flying, almost always guarantees a moderation.

• Illegal Activities
Discussing ways to crack/recieve illegal software is against the rules on public boards and any posts related to this will be deleted. Posting of cracks/serials/etc is allowed on hidden boards. Any sensitive board exploits should be reported to a staff member, and not publically released or used.

• Spamming
Posts that are fully related to spamming a site or board. You may ask for an opinion on your site, but not blatanty spam it.

• Flooding/Invasion - Users will be immediately banned (along with any associated accounts) for:
• Flooding a board with multiple disruptive topics or posts
• Invading another board (flooding a board as a group with multiple topics or posts)
• Instigating, participating in, or retaliating in an invasion of a message board or any other online service
• Announcing or inciting a "war" or any conflict with the regular members of another board

• Impersonation
Users will be immediately banned (along with any associated accounts) for impersonating other board users by creating and/or using a message board account with a name clearly intended to impersonate, mock, or antagonize another user, or otherwise falsely claiming to be another message board member.

• Unauthorized Access
Accessing or attempting to access any user account not belonging to the user in question without permission is prohibited. Accessing another user's account in this manner is grounds for immediate loss of all known accounts.

• Other
Any other activity that is clearly detrimental to the flow of conversation and normal activities of the boards and its users may also be deleted.
A post may be deleted anytime at the moderator's discretion.

The mod staff reserves the right to moderate any message or ban any user for any reason at any time.

• Usernames, Profiles, and Forms
Violating any of the above rules with a username, any part of the user profile (signature, quote, e-mail, IM), or via feedback forms (such as the Mark for Moderation function) is considered a severe violation.
